CANCELLATIONS

Did you place an order that hasn’t shipped yet?  You can cancel any order that hasn’t shipped.  A shipped order will be marked “Completed” in the Order section of My Account.  To cancel your order – please complete the form below:

DAMAGED ORDER DELIVERY

Did you receive an item that was damaged during shipment?  Please complete the form, found below, within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the form is received, I will create a new item for you and mail it out to you.  Please allow 2 business days for this process to be completed.  You are not responsible for shipping of the new item.  I will contact the shipping company to request damage reimbursement.

Your Invoice Number can be found either on your printed invoice (sent with your order) or log in to "My Account" in the upper right corner and find the Order Number associated with the damaged order.

RETURNS DUE TO SIZE

Beginning February 1, 2022, in an effort to ensure I am still able to provide FREE Standard Shipping for all US/Domestic customers, I will no longer allow returns due to a customer ordering an item and not understanding sizes. All sizes are CLEARLY indicated on each item in multiple places in the ordering window and item description. 98% of customers read the description and choose the correct size item, understanding items I sell are mini in size and not full size versions (throw pillows, lumbar pillows, etc.). Making this change is necessary to ensure I can continue to offer FREE shipping – a very important feature for my customers.

If you have received an item in a size other than what you ordered (very rare – I’ve only had this happen once in two years!), please send an email to: glenda@gnomesandmoredecor.com and include your order number and the item that is the incorrect size.
